Why Ölaffe?

Overlooking regular maintenance on your second-largest investment is not something to be taken lightly. Over 90% of vehicle owners admit to deferring or outright skipping services, which can be attributed to the 60 million breakdowns that occur annually in the US.

Consumers also admit to deferring servicing their vehicle due because they feel uneducated or intimidated. Service centers take advantage of uninformed consumers by recommending and pushing unnecessary services. You likely rely on your service advisor to explain what their recommendation includes or why it is necessary. How would you know if your vehicle actually needs an alignment, tires, or brakes? Service advisors make a commission on each service sold, so why wouldn't they try to sell unnecessary services or parts? Unfortunately, this happens every day, and we have seen enough. 

Throughout our time in the automotive sector, we have seen far too many instances of catastrophic engine damage, crashes, and tragedies,  that all could have been prevented if consumers had taken the time to service their vehicles.

These situations in combination with consumers' frustrations and our knowledge of the industry led us to take action and found Ölaffe
