Once you have scheduled your appointment with Ölaffe we will contact you to confirm your appointment and schedule pick up. During pick-up, we will perform a brief visual inspection to document any damage and ensure that your vehicle is safe to be driven to your service center.

We will then valet your vehicle to your service center where your scheduled service will be performed. Your service center will contact us when your vehicle is ready or if they find anything that needs attention. If an additional service is recommended we will communicate with them and provide you with our recommendation as to whether or not it is necessary.

When your vehicle’s service is completed, your service center will reach out to you to close your invoice. When your invoice has been closed we will schedule drop-off with you. Upon drop-off we will provide you with all of the documentation from your service and provide you with any guidance if necessary.
